Carol Quatrone Realty has operated from offices in Soho, Tribeca and Greenwich Village since 1986. The firm is more a boutique than a department store since we focus on providing the best possible service to high-end clients who want to sell or rent their properties. Having said that about our brokerage business, Carol has with a partner developed a sizable property management business since 1996 managing high-end condos and co-ops in Tribeca, Soho, Greenwich Village and the West Village.
Brokerage Services
We specialize in selling buildings, condos and coops in Manhattan. We are primarily residential brokers and at the same time we operate successfully in representing commercial and retail clients.
While we mainly work in the Downtown market we represent clients in all areas of Manhattan as well as the other boroughs.
