Carol Quatrone has been a licensed NYS Real Estate Agent and Broker for over 25 years specializing in loft sales, investment sales, rentals, and management in the downtown area (The West Village, Greenwich Village, Tribeca, Soho and Chelsea). She has owned and managed her own properties in and around Manhattan since 1988.

Carol helped pioneer the formation of the Downtown Brokers Association which was formed to bring more explicitly ethical and professional procedures to the conduct of real estate brokerage in downtown Manhattan. She is an active member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
